Why is Afterwake priced higher than generic BI tools?

Every org gets a dedicated Snowflake warehouse — not shared infrastructure. This means your queries are fast and isolated, but it does carry real cloud costs that we pass through at a sustainable margin.

Can you build custom analytics for us?

Yes — and quickly. We keep a small customer base and a short implementation queue, so when you need a metric, dashboard, or data view you cannot build in the product, we can usually implement it within days. Growth and Scale plans include this; Starter customers can request add-ons.

What happens at the end of my trial?

Your trial pauses automatically if no payment method is on file. Nothing is deleted — add billing in Settings → Billing to resume instantly.

Can I get another free trial?

No. Each organization gets one 14-day trial. If you cancel and come back later, you subscribe at the standard rate — no second trial.

Which plan includes direct Snowflake access?

Scale includes direct Snowflake warehouse credentials so you can connect BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Hex to your org's data. Starter and Growth use Snowflake-backed analytics inside Afterwake without direct warehouse access.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time through the billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Is annual billing a commitment?

Annual plans are billed upfront for the year. If you cancel, we don't offer refunds for unused months, but you keep access until the period ends.
