When you remove our app from a third-party platform, they will automatically notify us, and we will process the deletion request accordingly.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will:

  • Delete your account and profile information
  • Remove all stored integration tokens and credentials
  • Delete all analytics data and reports associated with your account
  • Remove your data from our active databases
  • Retain only data required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) for the minimum retention period

Deletion Timeline

We will process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. We will notify you once the deletion is complete.
